As families in Uvalde hold more funerals for the 19 children and two teachers killed at an elementary school, a legislative committee begins investigating the mass shooting. House Speaker Dade Phelan tasked three state lawmakers with finding answers: : Lubbock State Rep. Dustin Burrows and former Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman, both Republicans.
