Texas State Rep. Joe Moody of El Paso talks about his role on a new legislative committee investigating the mass shooting at an Uvalde elementary school.

As families in Uvalde hold more funerals for the 19 children and two teachers killed at an elementary school, a legislative committee begins investigating the mass shooting. House Speaker Dade Phelan tasked three state lawmakers with finding answers: : Lubbock State Rep. Dustin Burrows and former Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman, both Republicans. And El Paso State Representative Joe Moody, a Democrat. KTEP’s Angela Kocherga interviewed Rep. Moody about his role on the committee.
