Rise, Revive, and Restore offers a comprehensive introduction to the yoga practice, covering essential aspects such as foundational techniques, flexibility exercises, and common pitfalls to avoid. This program progresses to an intermediate level, providing a rigorous boot camp experience and ends with a restorative Savasana with the Nikola Tesla Healing Lights. Participants can expect to learn, enjoy themselves, and rejuvenate throughout the journey. We will start with community building at 5:00PM. Then move into the main yoga event, followed by a 30 minute savasana with the Tesla Healing Lights, and end with moon gazing activities 9:30PM.
