This year, the Magoffin Home is proud to present the 'America250 food history series'; each cooking class will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States of America and the many communities who have built the City of El Paso. German settlers are one of the communities that came to our region in the 1830's. Join Gloria Garza as she prepares Rouladen, a German dish that is sure to brighten any special occasion! She will share the history of this savory main course and how the community that brought it to El Paso helped shape our city. This event is part of a greater celebration: Our America, Our Texas, Our El Paso!
