Ring in the new year with a recipe from the past, a staff 'favorite'-Baked Onions and Savory Potato Biscuits. These items will be on the menu for class on Saturday, January 4 at 10 a.m. This recipe comes from The El Paso Cookbook which was published in El Paso in 1898, and available in our Magoffin Home Museum Store. A $10 prepaid reservation per person is required for all cooking classes. Call for more information, 915.533.5147.
