Join us as we savor history through foods in El Paso! Using an historic recipe from the El Paso Cook Book published in 1898, the staff will explore the history of British settlers and their influence on El Paso’s development. This dish was developed to use dried fruits that had been harvested earlier in the year as a form of food preservation, into a savory or sweet dish for the winter months.
