KTEP Pledge Drive: Volunteers Needed!

We at KTEP are reaching out to see if you would like to participate in our Bi-Annual Pledge Drive, Spring edition. It is a week where we fundraise online and via telephone to pay for our programming.

We are seeking volunteers to assist with answering phone calls from our listeners and fans who wish to pledge their support during pledge drive week.

This spring pledge drive will start Monday, March 23th through Friday, March 27th. 

There will the 3 shifts every day of the week (food will be provided per shift):

• Morning Shift 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
• Noon Shift 11:30 - 2:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift 3:30 - 6:30 PM

If you would like to join us and support our Pledge Drive, please respond to this email. You can email us (ktepweb@utep.edu) with your information and availability or you can also come by to the station to get scheduled for a shift at the Cotton Memorial Building, Room 206. 

If you choose to participate, email us your information and availability, please include the following information, and if you will be receiving extra credit and/or volunteering hours for your participation.

• Name, Last Name
• Student email
• Phone Number
• The name of your professor (in case they offer extra credit)
• The shift or shifts you would like to take and the day.
