Mexico has shut down the immigration detention center in Juarez that was the site of a deadly fire Monday. Candles, banners, and pictures of migrants are posted on the fence outside the center. In El Paso, the Border Network for Human Rights denounced the Mexican government over the deaths of the dozens of migrants who died in the detention center. State lawmakers are considering a 4-million-dollars proposal to expand access to recovery teams for people suffering from early psychosis.
