Governor Greg Abbott today (Friday) outlined plans to punish people who cross the border between ports of entry. The Mexican Army says nearly 50 migrants and 11 children who were kidnapped last week have been found. Three El Pasoans are looking to provide fresh produce and groceries at a new grocery in Central. They’re calling it the Spoon Flower Grocery, which will also offer 50 percent off purchases of fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables to SNAP customers.
