The latest wave of migration through the El Paso border with Mexico has come with some adjustments from the federal and state governments at the ports of entry. The mayor of Eagle Pass has signed an emergency declaration after more than 4,000 migrants crossed into the border town over the past two days. Mexican authorities say they’ve discovered a mass grave with the bodies of multiple people who were among a group of 13 migrants who went missing south of the West Texas border two years ago.
