The Biden administration has settled a lawsuit over the Trump-era migrant family separation policy. Under an agreement, the federal government will be prohibited from implementing policy like the one that separated children from their parents who were accused doing unauthorized crossings at the border. There’s a new candidate in the District Attorney’s race for the Democratic primary. The driver of a deadly crash that killed 8 migrants in Brownsville this past May has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter.
