The city of El Paso will implement a new enhanced library card program for residents to use as a form of identification to access services. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton sued the Biden administration accusing Border Patrol agents of cutting concertina wiring along the Rio Grande in Eagle Pass. A Texas House Committee gave initial approval Monday to allocate 1.5-billion dollars to build barriers along the Texas-Mexico border.
