Attorneys representing the 2019 Walmart mass shooter and prosecutors will be in court Thursday for an update in the state version of the case. The U.S. Department of Justice will release a report tomorrow assessing how law enforcement agencies handled the 2022 shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde. Officials have identified the woman and two children who drowned Friday trying to cross the Rio Grande near Eagle Pass.
