The El Paso City Council voted to continue efforts to adjust development impact fees that would require builders to pay more on new or expanded construction in growing parts of the city. Two people died and four were injured in a rollover crash in West El Paso. The Biden administration says Texas stands to gain the most from it's effort to lower the cost of prescription drugs.
