Attorneys for the state of Texas and the Biden administration were back in court today arguing over the legality of a state law that permits local and state law enforcement officer to arrest someone suspected of being in the country illegally. A majority of migrants arrested for alleged participation in a riot in March are in ICE custody. The El Paso Independent School District introduced three candidates looking to represent the district three seat on the school board Tuesday night.
