The city of El Paso’s proposed Multipurpose Performing Arts and Entertainment Center project is headed to the November ballot for a vote. Ahead of the November election, the city will host nine meetings to explain the project and its placement on the ballot. Sinaloa cartel leader Joaquin Guzman Lopez pleaded not guilty to drug trafficking charges in Chicago today. The effort to revive El Paso’s Wyler Aerial Tramway is moving forward as the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority is seeking bids for the project.
