A border nonprofit organization that provides legal assistance for migrants is suing the Texas Attorney General’s office. The El Paso County Commissioners court approved an agreement with Emergence Health Network that will provide mental health services to inmates deemed incompetent to stand trial. The agreement will allow EHN mental health professionals to provide therapeutic and psychiatric support to more than one-hundred county inmates. And, Both former president Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are looking to win over Latino voters.
