A new five year plan would invest $67 million dollars in El Paso’s international bridges. The El Paso City Council will be asked to adopt the plan on Tuesday and adopt it as part of the city’s capital improvement program for the next five years. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit Thursday against TikTok. The League of Women Voters of El Paso will host a City Council candidate forum at El Paso Community College’s Valle Verde campus.
