The El Paso County District Attorney’s Office asked a state appeals court to delay or limit a scheduled hearing in the Walmart mass shooting case this Thursday. Early voting for next week’s general election ends on Friday. Mayoral candidates, combined, raised over $189,000 between September 27th and October 26th, according to campaign finance reports.
