Nearly six years ago, a gunman opened fire on shoppers at the Cielo Vista Walmart in the parking lot and inside the store. He told police he was targeting "Mexicans". He killed 23 people and injured dozens more in what is considered one of the worst attacks on Hispanics in the US.
Six years later, he pleaded guilty in state court and will receive 23 life sentences. KTEP's Aaron Montes spoke with a couple of families of the victims.
