El Paso Electric has requested a rate increase and cost recovery for a project in Far East El Paso County. The City Council voted unanimously to intervene in El Paso Electric’s proposal to recover costs from the construction of a $120.4 million dollar solar generation project in Fabens. Members in the Texas House passed several constitutional amendments Monday.
