The Texas Gas Service will hold a series of community meetings to explain the utility’s proposed 27 percent rate increase for residential users. The city of El Paso has spent nearly $1 billion dollars on capital improvement projects throughout the city over seven years. The El Paso Independent School District received over 1,000 responses from the public on what is expected from candidates hoping to be the next superintendent.
