A single vehicle roll over has brought traffic to a halt on Interstate 10 in Hudspeth County, according to the Hudspeth County Sheriff’s Office. The roll over happened near the Sierra Blanca Border Patrol checkpoint. El Paso Water has lifted its boil water notice for Northeast and Central residents. El Paso police have identified a man who died in their custody on December 28th during an arrest outside Viceno’s Bar in West El Paso.
