The massive immigrant detention center in East El Paso is set to close, according to Congresswoman Veronica Escobar. Tuesday’s Primary Election started with technical issues for some voting centers that experienced problems with the voter-check-in electronic pads. The evening capped a historic turnout for the March 3rd primary. Voters ousted El Paso County Commissioners David Stout and Sergio Coronado in the Democratic primary.
