El Pasoans are paying some of the highest prices for gas in the state, according to Triple A Texas. At an average of $3.35, costs are just below the national average. The Catholic Diocese of El Paso has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. The Diocese currently faces a dozen lawsuits related to alleged sexual abuse of minors by clergy in New Mexico.
