Giving Non-Citizens the Vote in Local Elections

Should the right to vote in local elections be extended to immigrants who are not citizens of the United States? Some cities across the country are proposing such a move. NPR's Tony Cox talks about the issue with Mark Silverman of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco and Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington, D.C.
