Slate's Jurisprudence: High Court's Controversial Cases

NPR's Alex Chadwick talks to Slate legal analyst Dahlia Lithwick about critical cases coming before the U.S. Supreme Court. On Wednesday, the justices will hear arguments about whether execution of minors convicted of capital crimes is constitutional. The court also announced it will examine the constitutionality of displaying the Ten Commandments on government property.
