Some educational apps may not be all that educational. At least that's the claim made in a complaint filed this week at the Federal Trade Commission against Fisher Price. Its Laugh & Learn apps have been downloaded nearly 3 million times.

Kansas City Sandwich Is A 'Hit' With Baseball Teams
Oklahoma Joe's barbecue is a popular spot in Kansas City — especially known for its Z-Man sandwich. The Minnesota Twins ordered 50 Z-Mans on Tuesday, and went on to beat the hometown Royals in a blowout. The next day Oklahoma Joes sent 51 Z-Mans to the Royals. It worked. They beat the Twins 5-2.

West Coast Kidnap Suspect May Have Explosives, Police Warn
James Lee DiMaggio is wanted in the disappearance of a 16-year-old girl from Southern California. Her mother's body, and possibly that of her young brother, were found in a burned-out home. Now, police are warning that the suspect may have rigged his vehicle with explosives.

Scientists find the a tantalizing clue about where people may be catching the Middle East respiratory syndrome. Camels on the Arabian Peninsula and Canary Islands show signs that they've been infected with the virus or a close relative.

UBS To Pay $120 Million In Lehman Brothers Dispute
Swiss banking giant UBS has agreed to pay $120 million to settle a lawsuit by investors. The case goes back to 2007. Investors said they were misled about the health of the financial firm Lehman Brothers when UBS was selling them investments linked to Lehman's debt. Lehman collapsed into bankruptcy in 2008.

Glock Vs. Glock: Gun Tycoon Loses Alimony Battle
Gaston Glock, 84, has been ordered to pay alimony to his ex-wife, Helga, whom he divorced in 2011. The couple had been married for 49 years. The founder of the Austrian gun company "divorced Helga in order to marry a woman about 50 years his junior," Agence France-Presse reports.
