A $100 Guitar Makes A 30,000-Mile Odyssey
The $100 Guitar Project started when two friends bought a cheap guitar on a whim. They invited some other friends to compose and record an original piece on the instrument. Nels Cline, Fred Frith and Elliott Sharp are among the 65 guitarists who recorded for the project that went viral.

Cat Fight In Rome: Beloved Shelter Faces Closure
Stray cats prowl freely among many of the city's ancient monuments. At the Torre Argentina ruins, a cat shelter has been caring for felines for two decades. But archaeological officials now say the shelter, built in the foundations of an ancient temple, must be closed.

Report: Benghazi 'Talking Points' Watered Down By CIA, Not White House
"Officials from a cross-section of agencies" tell The Wall Street Journal that references to al-Qaida were removed to protect sources. Those sources say the White House did not drive that decision. The wording, used by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice, has come under criticism.
