Family of man who died in police custody fights two years for records and video of his arrest
Daniel Diaz, a 40-year old Hispanic man, died while El Paso police tried to arrest him at the Lunch Box on April 26, 2021. An autopsy report by the El Paso County Medical Examiner's Office ruled Diaz's cause of death a homicide.
