Congress Overhauls Bankruptcy Laws
The House of Representatives approves an overhaul of the nation's bankruptcy laws, voting 302 to 126 in favor of a bill that will make it more difficult for people to erase debts by declaring bankruptcy. The Senate passed the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act last month.

Reforming Juvenile Justice
States such as Louisiana have seen high rates of recidivism among young people and young adults. Some blame the juvenile justice system, in which young offenders convicted of minor offenses such as shoplifting are imprisoned with kids who've committed serious crimes such as murder. Guests debate whether the system is broken, and what might be done to lower the number of repeat offenders.
