Despite his disability, Larry Selman devoted more than half his life collecting money for multiple charities from total strangers on the streets of New York. The subject of the Oscar-nominated film The Collector of Bedford Street died Jan. 20 at the age of 70.

The Love Song That Marked A Shift In French-German Relations
Last week marked the 50th anniversary of the Elysee Treaty, ending more than two centuries of hostility between Germany and France. The song "Goettingen," written by a young Jewish French singer at the time, represented a peaceful bridge between the countries. Hemp Gets The Green Light In New Colorado Pot Measure
