With the backup in the distribution chain, during the pandemic manufacturers are considering being closer to home in their production line. Richard Dayoub welcomes Jerry Pacheco, president of The Border Industrial Association a non-profit association that represents the industrial parks in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
Jerry Pacheco is originally from Española, New Mexico, and has worked for 30 years on the development of the Santa Teresa port of entry and attracting business to the area.
