Richard Dayoub from Thunderbird Management welcomes to this edition of El Paso Prime Time, Regional Director Jose Sanchez along with Elizabeth Carter from the Department of Public Safety of El Paso to talk about their background stories, how they started in the department, the mission and vision of the DPS, the different branches and resources available within the department.
In recent years, the Department of Public Safety has been tasked with conducting major crime prevention operations along the international border with Mexico to address the substantial amount of drug and human smuggling into and throughout Texas and in other areas of the state threatened by escalating drug and gang related violence.
