The One With Michael DeVaughan

Exit Stage Left, the music show that shines a light on the latest music from a diverse local bands, is back and better than ever! Hosts Daisy Morales and Tony Pina kick off the season with new artists and debut singles from a collection of diverse bands like up and coming singer/songwriter Isabella Kelly and metalcore act The Number 33. Highlights include Filipino rapper Rubby Ibarra, winner of 2025 NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert, The Division Men who recently returned from an international tour through Europe, Great Shapes who performed in the first round of Lowbrow’s Battle of the Bands, and Las Cruces band Planet I Love You, who boast a unique style and more. Special guest Michael Devaughan, local music promoter, shares the story of how he ended up with the role of promoter and how many bands he’s been able to support.

If there are any musicians out there that are looking for an opportunity to be heard and possibly discovered, NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert is also open for entries until February 9th.

Daisy Morales is part of the on-air talent, and interview host, in charge of recording and producing shows such as El Paso Prime Time, Science Studio, and We Are UT El Paso; Daisy also manages the recently added Podcast division.
Anthony Pina is part of the on-air talent, production crew, and also acts as an interview host. He has been in charge of recording and producing shows such as Good To Grow and the local musical showcase show "Exit Stage Left”; the latter which is co-hosted and co-produced with Daisy Morales.
