Emiliano Marentes, Chef at Elemi, is a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef in Texas Category.
This is his second nomination for the award, as a matter of fact, last year he was the only chef in Texas to be nominated in the “Outstanding Chef” category.
