The James Beard Foundation announced their semi-finalists for the Best Chef in Texas award, and on that list is Chef Enrique Lozano of El Charlatan. Chef Lozano specializes in fine Japanese and Mexican cuisine at his restaurant in Socorro, TX. This is his first James Beard nomination.
