True West

Teatro Neplanta presents True West, which follows two estranged brothers, Austin and Lee, who reconnect. The play explores themes of sibling rivalry, the American West, and the line between civilization and anarchy.

The story is set in California, about 20 miles outside of Los Angeles, at their mother’s home. The brothers are collaborating on a screenplay, and Lee convinces Austin’s producer that he is the right man for the project!

This production takes place from April 30 through May 10, 2025 at Casa Neplanta in Sunset Heights and will immerse a maximum audience of 26 seats per show. Seating is limited. Follow them on Instagram @teatroneplanta for tickets and information.
