Louie Salazar is an artist from El Paso, Texas whose artistic journey is rooted in being born and raised on the border. He’s a resident artist at LUP Gallery and was one of the organizers of the recent Print Pachanga.
Salazar’s put together an exhibit at LUP Gallery titled Ideas from Cuartitos which gathers works formed in small rooms, confined spaces and corners turned into artmaking studios which are inspired by the idea that big visions are often shaped in small spaces.
