Razor wire stopped people from reaching the gate where migrants were surrendering to Border Patrol so they could be processed in the final hours before Title 42 expired.

Host Louie Saenz welcomes KTEP's News Reporter Aaron Montes to discuss an audio diary of days leading to the end of Title 42.
