In collaboration with the IMA and the County of El Paso, the Magoffin Home will display the works of two El Paso women artists from the early 20th century. Octavia "Tia" Magoffin Glasgow and Leola Warnock Freeman, to compare their education to becoming portrait artists. Though they began their journey together, they each took a turn away from each other. One became an artist making her living through her work and the other became a teacher that produced successful artists.
