Magoffin Home Cooking Class: CAPIROTADA
Capirotada, also known as Capirotada de Vigilia, is a traditional Mexican food similar to a bread pudding that is usually eaten during the Lenten period. It is one of the dishes served on Good Friday. Join the cooking class at the Magoffin Home on April 5th at 10:00a.m., as we prepare three different recipes of Capirotada. One recipe is from the Magoffin Family (1854). Reservations and pre-payment are required for all cooking classes; please call 915-533-5147 between 9am and 3 pm.
