RAYENARI is a light art festival in the El Paso borderland, founded by artists and educators Angel and Bianca to bring art beyond traditional gallery walls and into the community. Through light-based installations, sculpture, sound, color, and interactive experiences, RAYENARI creates space for artists, students, and audiences to explore new ways of experiencing art. Rooted in the culture, creativity, and connections of the U.S.-Mexico border region, the festival supports artists, provides hands-on learning opportunities for students, and brings people together through shared creative experiences. The festival is free and supported by the City of Sunland Park.
