Edgar Picazo is a multimedia artist from the El Paso/Juárez border. He has worked as a freelance photographer and designer for years, working for major institutions and prominent artists in the region.
His latest project is a regional, bilingual arts and culture publication called Azul Arena that aims to become a platform for local artists in order to provide a more positive narrative of life on the border.
