Dilip is an instructor for Food for Life, a nutrition education program of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and a Speaker Bureau member of the American Vegan Society.
Dilip helped found the monthly internet show So Many Cooks in the Kitchen, where a dozen or more whole-food, plant‐based Food for Life instructors go kitchen‐to‐kitchen sharing nutrition and food preparation tips.
