Senator Cesar Blanco

In this edition of El Paso Prime Time, host Richard Dayoub from Thunderbird Management welcomes Texas District 29’s Senator Cesar Blanco. Representing El Paso, he will share with us his priorities for his second term in the position and what they have achieved during his first term. They will also discuss funding for medical centers, new degree programs and education, facilitating healthcare access, fighting food insecurity, water supply, and other plans and bills he plans to reintroduce in El Paso and the other 8 counties he represents.

Senator César J. Blanco represents the people of Brewster, Culberson, El Paso, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Pecos, Presidio, and Reeves counties in the Texas Senate. César was raised in El Paso, and after high school, he continued his family’s tradition of military service in the U.S. Navy. He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and continued his public service by working for three Members of Congress representing El Paso and West Texas.
