On this edition of El Paso Prime Time, host Richard Dayoub, from Thunderbird Management, sits down to talk with the recently named interim CEO of the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger, Kris Yagel. On this show, Mr. Yagel touches on the importance of the food bank services in our community. He also explains how the food bank distributes food to families and individuals in need, the volunteer opportunities and duties, and the recent agreement with Workforce Solutions Borderplex to provide new skills to those willing to learn.
The El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank is the only food bank in El Paso, and a member of Feeding America, the nation's largest domestic hunger-relief organization. They serve close to 1,500 families a day in need of food relief.
