For this edition of El Paso Prime Time, Host Richard Dayoub from Thunderbird Management welcomes back Commander Sergeant General Michael Zoyka and Commander Sergeant General Robert Theus for an information-filled interview and updates on their last 2025 visit. As they lead the Garrison Command, they will talk about the mission and labor of the unit, how Fort Bliss is using 3D printing technology to aid in the building of new barracks for the increasing number of their soldiers, an in-depth explanation of the new food ecosystem and feeding services available on post, as well as a new volunteer-led program planned to decrease DUI incidents.
The Fort Bliss Garrison Command operates as a "city manager" for the installation, infrastructure, emergency services, family housing, and other programs.
