On this episode of El Paso Prime Time, host Richard Dayoub from Thunderbird Management welcomes to the KTEP studios the Manager of the El Paso Foreign Trade Zone 68, David Panko. He talks about the basics of understanding what a Foreign Trade Zone is, its uses, and its impact. Mr. Panko also reminisces about his time at Delphi and the changes in the industry, tariffs, global supply chain, and the current demand for distribution centers.
David has done extensive work in multiple management positions since graduating from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. He has experience working with the renowned maquiladora Delphi; he also served as the manager of the Foreign Trade Zone at El Paso International Airport before working with FTZ 68.
