El Paso Film Festival returns to downtown El Paso for three days of films and special events, including another collaboration with the Creating Ways Conference for filmmakers. One of the best reasons to hang out for a few days around downtown, the Film Festival and conference will provide film lovers and filmmakers with a unique opportunity to see indie films and learn from fellow filmmakers. In this edition of On Film, host Charles Horak is welcomed by El Paso Film Festival Artistic Director Carlos Corral, and the Commissioner for the El Paso Film Industries Commission, Drew Mayer Oakes to discuss this Festival and the Conference.
