On this week’s episode of Science Studio, Dr. Keith Pannell sits down with the chair of chemistry at the University of Missouri Columbia, Justin Walensky to discuss his life and his research on Molecular and Human Genetics.

Dr. Justin Walensky is the chair of chemistry at the University of Missouri Columbia for the College of Medicine. The main focus of his research is the fundamental nature of actinide-ligand bonding as well as to investigate the molecular and electronic structure of organometallic complexes.

London, England’s Dr. Keith Pannell created Science Studio in 1987 and has hosted the show for more than thirty years. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pannell provides listeners with a unique insight on the sciences. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at UTEP.
